Simple butter cookies

• Yield: Makes 24 cookies

Ingredients

• 250g softened butter
• 250g icing sugar
• 2 egg whites
• 500g flour
• vanilla extract

Steps

• Preheat the oven to 150C
• Beat sugar and butter together till pale and combined
• Add the egg whites and beat till combined
• Add the flour and beat till all is combined
• Shape into
• Use a table spoon to scoop out the mixture and place on lined baking tray
• Bake for 20-30 minutes, till the edges are golden
