Simple butter cookies

- 250g softened butter
- 250g icing sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 500g flour
- vanilla extract
Method
- Preheat the oven to 150C
- Beat sugar and butter together till pale and combined
- Add the egg whites and beat till combined
- Add the flour and beat till all is combined
- Shape into
- Use a table spoon to scoop out the mixture and place on lined baking tray
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, till the edges are golden
