Pandishpan (Swiss Roll)

Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder (this is a guess, grandma’s recipe says 1 sachet)
- filling of your choice, e.g. whipped cream and strawberry jam
Steps
- Preheat over to 180C
- Mix all the ingredients except the filling together to make the batter
- Line and grease a baking tray
- Pour the batter in the tray and spread evenly
- Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly golden (this is a guess, grandma’s recipe gives no baking instructions)
- Turn over on a towel and let cool for about 10 minutes
- Spread the filling and roll gently to form a swiss roll
