Pico de gallo

Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 tbsp jalapeƱo peppers, or a small fresh chili
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • small bunch coriander
  • 1 lime

Steps

  • Finely chop everything but the lime and mix
  • Squeeze lime juice over it and season
  • Leave in the fridge for 20 minutes to infuse
