Pico de gallo

Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 small red onion
- 1 tbsp jalapeƱo peppers, or a small fresh chili
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- small bunch coriander
- 1 lime
Steps
- Finely chop everything but the lime and mix
- Squeeze lime juice over it and season
- Leave in the fridge for 20 minutes to infuse
