PlanD Sandwich

  • 0.5 a cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Slice of bread
  • Ham or other topping
  • Kethcup/Mayonnaise/Hot Sauce

Method

  1. Put the shredded cabbage in a bowl and crack the eggs.
  2. Mix until the eggs and the cabbage look like they’re part of the same mixture.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Tip into a hot non-stick pan with a bit of oil.
  5. Layer the slice of bread on top.
  6. Cook for a couple of minutes or until the egg is almost fully done.
  7. Carefully flip the sandwich and let the bread toast.
  8. Layer the ham and any other toppings and serve.
