Potato soup
This is really Nivi's Potaty Soop.

- 2 leftover jacket potatoes (cooked)
- 500ml boiling water
- 1 chicken/vegetable stock cube
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder (or 1 clove, cooked off)
- 1 tsp onion powder (or 1 onion, softened)
- 1 sprig rosemary, chopped
Method
- Peel the potatoes and break up into a saucepan with the water
- Add everything else _except the rosemary) and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes
- Blitz in a blender until silky smooth
- Transfer back to the pan, and add water or simmer down to the viscosity you want
- Sprinkle with rosemary, and season to taste
